Versioning
One tag releases both the binary and the action, and the action installs the binary of its own release.
So uses: ypfaff/adocfmt@v1.2.3 installs adocfmt 1.2.3.
Each release also moves the major version tag, such as v1, to its commit.
So uses: ypfaff/adocfmt@v1 installs the newest 1.x.y release.
Pin the version with the ref in uses: and leave the version input unset.
Dependency update tools such as Dependabot and Renovate update the ref in uses:, but by default not a with: input.
So a version set in with: stays where it is while the tool moves the ref forward.
Set version only to install a release other than the one the ref names.
